“When I moved into my new home, the paint colours were dark and gloomy. My son and daughter-in-law had just had their new home painted by Candice of Modern Shades and were very pleased. They recommended I call Candice, I was not disappointed. Candice came, she helped me pick out colours for the walls and trim. She painted the entire home and I have had many compliments on the colours and workmanship. I can easily recommend Candice of Modern Shades for her knowledge, professionalism and work ethic.”

“A few years back I did a major renovation in my home. Through a series of unfortunate events, I was left with no painter, and I was on a seriously short timeline to have the entire house of 1800 plus SQ Ft painted. I was fortunately directed to Candice of Modern Shades, and she rolled up her sleeves and got the job done not only on time, but the quality of her work was excellent. Since then, she has helped me with various other projects. I do not hesitate to recommend Candice from Modern Shade for her excellent work ethic, professionalism, and heart.”

“Candice and her team at Modern Shades Painting were professional, diligent with the work and quick to complete the painting my townhouse required. She communicated with me through the steps, knew I was on a tight schedule and gave us the results we wanted in the end. Their pricing is fair for the same work my place required; I was being quoted double by other painting companies. Along with the excellent care they take and quality of work, Modern Shades Painting is a no-brainer to get your place looking new again!”
